Also, when You Sleep After A Lesson Is ImporTant As Getting Good NiGhT BeFore Taking An Exam !! BuT During Your Day Your Brain Keep Taking InFormaTion And Save Them UntiL You Go To Sleep And Your Brain Start "Upload" Your InFormaTion And PractiCe whaT Did You Learn During Your Day.
2) How MuCh Sleep Do You GeT EaCh NiGhT ? Do You Think This Is EnouGh ? Do You FeeL Tired In The Morning ?
-EaCh NiGhT I Have AlmosT 6 Hours Sleep Every NiGhT. I Go To Sleep At 11 Pm And I woKe Up At 5 Am, So I Think ThaT's NoT EnouGh Sleep BeCause ThaT's OnLy 6 Hours And The ReguLar Sleep Hours Is 9.25 Hours !! SomeTimes I FeeL Really Tired In The Morning And Kind Of Sleepy when I Go To Sleep After 11 Pm BuT ThaT FeeLing OnLy when I Open My Eyes BuT After ThaT It Gone BeCause I'm Kind Of EarLy Person OnLy Focus In The Morning And I GeT All My Energy, And Full AttenTion In The Morning.
3) Will You ChanGe whaT You Do After Reading AbouT Sleep And Learning ? Why Or Why NoT ?
-I Think I Have To ChanGe The way Of My Sleeping And The Hours ThaT I GeT EaCh NiGhT BeCause It's NoT EnouGh And It will Be DisrupT My BoDy And Make My Brain Stop And I'll NoT Focus Till The End Of The Year, I Hope I Can Be AbLe To GeT More Sleep EaCh NiGhT. Also, I will CloSe My PhoNe BeFore I Sleep And Don'T Look At It To LeT My BoDy GeT Better ResT Than It Usually Take !!
